April was a busy, busy month for us!
Here are this month's Google's 'then and now' collages:
These two got Happy Meals for lunch one day and thought the boxes made great hats:
Zane has been pretty insistent on having daily reading lessons this month, so he's actually starting to read!
This is a volcano Zane made in preschool this month (and of course Ivy had to have a picture with it too):
These two do love each other, and sometimes they'll even give each other hugs when one is sad:
Love this baby girl!
Zane started soccer this month! He will play in the game happily, and has even scored a few goals! My favorite is when he runs past me and yells, "I love you Mommy!" multiple times per game.
We saw two shows at the Rose this month, Dragons Love Tacos and Winnie the Pooh:
Love my Cora Sue:
Hyrum got hit on the nose with a soccer ball at recess one day this month, and I had to bring him a new set of clothes to change into. Later that same day, I got a call from the nurse telling me his nose had started bleeding again and wouldn't stop, so I had to go pick him up from school. His nose proceeded to drip blood for about 4 hours, though we took him to the ER after 3 hours. Longest bloody nose ever! Here he is with a nose clamp, which eventually stopped the bleeding:
Zane's preschool went on a field trip to the Do Space center in Omaha this month, where Zane made this cool sculpture:
It's finally Spring time in Papillion! The kids have been enjoying playing in the backyard in the beautiful weather:
Ivy started pulmozyme this month, and she actually took to the nebulizer after only a few days. She calls it "mask" and always says what a good job she does with it.
For April Fool's Day this month, I put fake ants in Hyrum and Cora's lunchboxes. Hyrum didn't fall for it at all, but Cora did a bit. Hence, Cora's note on the left. I found the note on the right a different day, long after she had fallen asleep:
Hyrum's teacher sent me a note this month telling me how he had been so friendly and kind to a new child in his class. I love that he is so kind!
We also cleaned out his room this month, so we took a picture of his cat sculpture he made from paper and tape, as well as his music maker he made in scouts:
All the kids like to do my 7-minute workout with me (usually)!
Matching nightgowns!
Hyrum and Zane shared the air mattress in our room when Grandma and Grandpa Schuetzler were in town, and one night we found Hyrum using Zane as his pillow!
Cora's already working on her duck face for selfies:
Little bunnies!
Ryan and I went to the School of Rock Broadway musical, and it was awesome! The kids performing in it are incredible, and totally stole the show!
Ryan went to the Avengers: End Game a couple days after it came out, so I went to it a couple days after that with some like-minded friends. We loved it and had great fun!
Ryan's selfie duck face:
I tried taking some 2-year pictures of Ivy with our beautiful blossoming tree, and I think a few of them turned out pretty cute!
