 Zane has grown so much!

We went to BYU's first home football game of the season at the beginning of the month, and we took all the kids to the fun tailgate they had before the game:

The kids played all kinds of games, like a little batting cage, inflatable slide, human hamster ball, balloon animals, and giant soccer:

We had fun at that first game, especially since we won!

We finally took all the kids to hike the Y on Labor Day this month. It ended up pouring rain and being freezing for half the hike on the way up, but we made it anyways!

We rewarded the kids for their good hiking in the pouring rain with some frozen yogurt:

For a Girl's Night Out this month we went to Chateau Monette, and it was amazing and beautiful! We picked flowers from this amazing garden where they were playing some of my favorite chill songs, and it felt just like a slice of heaven:

Ivy had a bunch of soccer games this month, and she did a great job staying in the game!

We took the kids to the Marriott School tailgate before another one of the home football games this month, and they got some cool face painting done there:

It was a super hot game, but luckily it started to sprinkle a bit for the second half which cooled it down a bunch and we got to see the Cougars win!

Zane and Ivy sang a song in stake conference this month, and Zane wanted to make sure he looked really nice for it. He's such a little stud:

Hyrum was going through a lot of water bottles, so he decided to make his own recycling bag for his room:

Zane made a cool balloon car at his primary activity this month!

Zane has decided he wants to try all the sports he can this year to figure out what he likes most, and this month he tried tennis. He did pretty well too!

We had fun going to our city's drone show in honor of Patriot's Day this year:

While Ryan and I were gone on a cruise, Ryan's parents came up with some interesting menu ideas:

For a Young Men's activity this month, Hyrum went to a gym. He was pretty sore the next day!

She had a great team, great coaches, and a lot of fun!

We took the kids on a hike to Cascade Springs this month to see the pretty fall leaves. It was perfect weather and beautiful!

On the way home on the Alpine Loop, we stopped at this gorgeous vista. It was so amazing that it brought tears to my eyes and joy to my soul. God is amazing, the world is a beautiful place, and I'm so grateful to live in a world with fall:

I got to go to the Provo City Center temple this month! It's such a pretty temple:

We went to a third tailgate this month for Ryan's department at BYU. We saw Cosmo and watched Pepper dance the fight song:

Cora also got the chance to grab for cash, and Hyrum did the rock wall:

Ryan, my dad, Hyrum, and Zane went to this football game where we lost, but they still had fun!

Zane was a little sleepy on the bus ride home:

Ivy went to a neighbor's birthday party this month where she got this fun Bowser tail!

Ryan and I went to a Hispanic festival in Provo this month where we got some good food and watched some fun shows, including this luchador fight:

 

The kids love to do Daddy's hair on Sundays:

I bought this giant blanket this month, and the kids have been loving how huge it is:
