On February 27, 2011, our house in Tucson got like an inch or two of snow on the ground! Me and Ryan thought it awesome, Hyrum thought it was awesome (he kept pointing out our sliding glass door to the backyard and saying “ow!”) until we tried to get him to go outside and play in it. At first he would just watch us play from inside, then he slowly ventured outside, and he eventually walked on it, but he freaked out when we tried to get him to touch it. He also was really freaked out by our mild snowball fight. I guess he’s an Arizona boy already!

It's funny that Hyrum's first snowman was in Arizona! Haha. I guess the boys were too little during their first real winter in Provo.
