May Adventures 2021

We did so many fun things in May! We went to the Homestead Crater in Midway, where most of the kids got to try snorkeling, and we enjoyed floating in the warm water:

On Mother's Day, we walked around BYU, and they have a beautiful path that is new since we went here!

The kids loved seeing the little ducklings at the duck pond:
Zane liked chasing the ducks:

Ivy and I went back to the tulip festival, just the two of us, and it was still SO pretty!

Zane got done with school a week before Hyrum and Cora, so we did a few fun things just Zane, Ivy, and I. We went to The Farm with friends one morning:

Our friends took us out on their new boat- and it was amazing!

Both Hyrum and Cora got to try knee-boarding! Hyrum loved it so much he said, "I've been asleep until now, and now I'm finally awake!" He also had the most giant smile on his face I've ever seen:

Cora really loved it too:
I took the littles to the Butterfly Biosphere one day while the older kids were still in school:

One Friday night we went for a few hours to our ward's campout near Heber. It had a fun ropes course we all enjoyed:

It also had a pretty lake, where we canoed and the kids tried fishing:

Cora even caught a big ol' fish!

On Memorial Day, Ryan and I got to go on a bike ride, just us. We headed out to the Lindon marina:
There was a tricky spot on the way home, but strong Ryan was able to get us out of it:
When we visited our old friends from Tucson in Northern Utah, they took us kayaking down the river that goes through their backyard. It. Was. Amazing!!!

Ryan and I also got to go on a date one date, and we decided to go check out the murals in downtown Provo:

We ended the date with some ice cream and key lime passionfruit cheesecake!
So many fun adventures in May!
