Zane turned 7 in November! We had his birthday party at the Classic Fun Center and Skating the Saturday before his birthday, and he had a blast jumping, climbing, and playing arcade games with his friends!
He chose chocolate cupcakes with little Pokemon on them for his birthday party:
He had some fun friends join him for his party, and we all enjoyed pizza and gatorade:
Everyone sang to him, and he won an ice cream sundae from spinning the wheel:
Zane got to spin this wheel for a prize, since it was his party. He also got to go in the ticket machine, where he got a ton of tickets!
Then he opened his presents! He got a baby Yoda stuffie, a watch, a Batmobile, a RC tarantula, Pokemon Legos, and Pokemon cards:
That night we went to Chubby's for dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Martin, then got ice cream at Brooker's:
Happy birthday to my little dude! Zane loves sour patch candy, which I find such a fitting favorite candy for him. He is smart, a great reader, a great helper, and becoming so clever and funny that Ryan and I often can't help but chuckle. He loves wrestling, Pokémon, pajamas, Dogman, playing with friends and siblings, and Roblox. Often, if I'm wondering where he went, I'll find him out on the trampoline, no matter how cold it is. He is super high energy and emotions at home, but I'm told he is a perfect angel at school and church. We just love this kid and think he is the best- I wouldn't change a thing about him!
He loved opening presents:
Zane didn't actually skate, but the girls loved it! Zane said his birthday party day was the best day ever, and thanked me and Ryan for it a few times :)
On Zane's actual birthday he got breakfast in bed- crepes and chocolate milk:
I got to bring him lunch at school (McDonald's), and he brought Zebra cakes for a treat for his class:
The next day he went birthday shopping and out to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Martin. That night we had his birthday dinner at home with everyone and Aunt Mindi there as well. He chose grilled cheese sandwiches, blueberries, and rainbow jello:
For his birthday cake, he chose vanilla cake with vanilla pudding-Cool Whip filling and strawberries:
