Hyrum's Sweet 16

 Hyrum had a great birthday this year! We celebrated the Sunday before with Dallin and Cami, who got him this fake sword game. It only caused a bit of strife among the children while playing it :)

He wanted a pumpkin chocolate chip cake for this one:

Then he had a party with his friends on a random Monday morning that they had off of school. It was loosely based on Dude Perfect, where they had little challenges with points and the person with the most points won. The candy assortment was for everyone to get after the challenges were over:

They played a game with ping pong balls where they had to bounce them a certain number of times on the table, a water bottle flipping game to see how many times they could land it in one minute, they argued over the top ten super powers (whoever got the most the same as Hyrum got the most points), and they built bridges. Whichever group's bridge held the most books won, and there were extra points (given out by Zane and Ivy) for looks and uniqueness.

He mostly wanted Brandon Sanderson books, and he got a bunch of them!

Plus some fast food gift cards because he'll be driving soon!

After school that day we went to Tucano's- a special birthday dinner for a special 16th birthday!
