I do this blog mostly for me so I can remember what Hyrum has done and when. I post it online mostly for parents and grandparents, because they tell me they like to read these things, so here’s some updates guys! Everyone else, here’s some cute pics of Hyrum!
Loves pointing out birds, balloons, dogs barking, and motorcycles. At the grocery store there are balloons like every 2 feet, so there’s plenty of pointing when we go.
New words: hello when talking on a play phone, yeah (for yes), and MAMA! Yay!
Loves goldfish. Hyrum now eats four things consistently: sweet potatoes baby food, banana/strawberry mix baby food, whole milk yogurt, and goldfish.
Knows which book is “the scriptures” (a children’s BOM book) and folds arms for prayer.
Likes to color; he will color with one crayon for a few scribbles, then will get a new color and repeat. His pictures are very colorful :)
He’s starting to have a lovey, but it’s interchangeable between these two blankets. He always wants to bring one with him out of the crib in the morning and will pick one up and hug it throughout the day.
Knows all the face parts, head parts, hands, and toes.
Will say “oo oo” when you ask him what a dog says.
Knows new baby signs: all done, milk, hungry, and more
Has really taken to mimicry, like sweeping, painting with the paintbrush, brushing his hair, putting on oven mitts and trying to take things out of the oven, etc. Hopefully that means he will be my little helper soon!
Gives the best hugs!
Loves to be chased
He likes to sit in small things, like our big pot and the basket that holds our Wii accessories.
hey, I like to see these things too! He is so adorable! It's funny how many things him and Logan like to do :-) I'm so glad he's found some foods he will eat! hooray! Give him loves from me, I miss him tons!
