We started the day on Thursday at Disneyland:
While the big kids went on Indiana Jones, I took the littles to Tarzan’s Treehouse, where Cora insisted on walking up and down every step (we had to have many people pass us). Then they rocked out on the little camp at the bottom:
Splash Mountain (second time):
Funny story- while the big kids were on Splash Mountain, I was walking around with Cora. We saw Winnie the Pooh in his little area, waiting for the next batch of kids to say hi to him and he was doing some of his exercises (like he does in his movie). Cora saw him touching his toes, so she stopped and started touching her toes too. Winnie saw it and did a different exercise, and Cora mimicked that too. It was adorable! Then when the kids came to see him, Winnie gave a little ‘I love you’ sign to Cora and waved goodbye. She waved back. Heart. Melting.
Then we went to Cars Land at California Adventures. Hyrum got to meet Mater! And we saw Lightning McQueen as he as leaving:

While the other kids went on Radiator Springs racers, I hung out with this little chica, who fell right asleep:
Not related to this picture, but it is nice to have tall kids. Hyrum was able to ride almost all of the rides, where a lot of kids his age may not have been able to! Here’s Hyrum and JJ with Doc’s trophies:
Then we went to Bug’s Land:
And Cora cooled herself off (Ok, so did Ryan and I- Hyrum refused). This may have been Cora’s favorite part of the day:

On the way home that day, Hyrum conked out in Ryan’s arms:
We rode probably Hyrum’s favorite ride this day (and the next)- The Little Mermaid ride. I actually loved that one too!
