December is always such a busy month and this was no exception!
I forgot to post our thankful leaves from November:
Zane said, “Please me touch the water!” Then, when I let him, he said, “oh, too wet!”

Cora likes to draw and color lots of pictures for me, and it’s very cute!
Ivy loves to dance- she pumps her fist and shakes her hips whenever she hears music!
Ivy has started to pull-up on things this month, as well as learn to wave.
Ivy refuses to hold her bottle, even though she is definitely capable. I guess she just would rather we hold it for her!
It was my birthday this month, and it turned out great! Ryan made me breakfast in bed (crepes), he took me shopping at the mall and on the way there we saw a couple bald eagles at our local little lake:
We had lunch at the mall, dinner at Cheesecake Factory, cake at home, then Ryan and I went on a date to the new Star Wars movie!
Ryan shaved his beard this month:
Ivy got her first two teeth this month!

We got to go to the Children’s Museum over the school break:
As part of our Christmas gifts to the kids, we promised each of them a date with a parent. Hyrum and I were the first to go, and we went to Red Robin (his pick) and the new Star Wars movie. We had a great time and I loved spending some one on one time with my little dude.
On the date (since we’ve never done anything like that before) Hyrum asked, “on our date, do we have to kiss and hold hands and stuff? Like you and Daddy do?” with a very disgusted look on his face. I told him we didn’t and he looked pretty relieved.
Our good friends moved this month, and we were pretty sad about it, but at least we got one more dinner and games together before they left!
Cora got to go to a Christmas performance with a few friends this month and she had a blast!
