We had lots of end-of-the-year fun in May!
Hyrum and Cora had their piano recital, and played so well!
Zane wanted his picture taken too, even though he wasn’t in the recital:

This was Cora’s first piano recital and she did great! She got flowers and Hyrum got a giant candy bar and a blue rose to celebrate the occasion:
One of Hyrum’s last projects from his 2nd grade year:
I got to help with Hyrum’s end-of-the-year party at school, and I think he had a lot of fun! Zane got a bit squirrely, so we couldn’t stay the whole time, but I was glad I could be there like he wanted me to be.
We also got to do Blankets and Books with our cute kindergartener! She picked mostly princess books and mostly she read to me
Cora and Zane had their end-of-the-year gymnastics showcase, and it was fun for Ryan to see all the cool new moves they’ve learned (it was super hero themed)!
We really loved both kids teachers this year, and I appreciate all the work they put into their jobs and my kids:
We met up with Hyrum’s best friend and his siblings after school for some fun pictures:
I can’t believe how big my kids are getting! They had an awesome school year and grew and learned so much!
To celebrate the end of school, we had a picnic at Walnut Creek Lake:
