End of the School Year: Graduation, Showcase, Soccer, Last Day

We had a busy May! Zane and I finished co-op preschool, and we had a little preschool graduation at our house to celebrate:

Zane has really come SO far this year. He started out not writing at all, and now he can write the whole alphabet and seems to officially have chosen to be left handed. We've been working on reading at home, so he's also becoming a reader!

Ivy was part of the preschool co-op too (at least when it was at our house), so she wanted in on the action:

Zane had his last few soccer games in May! He really did so great out on the field. He was always willing to be out there playing, and he even scored some goals!

We were glad Grandma and Grandpa Martin got to watch his last game too!

Cora had her gymnastics showcase in May, where she got to perform all of her events she's been working on all year on her All-Stars team. She did awesome! She has really come so far this year and gotten so strong!

We were glad Grandma and Grandpa Martin got to watch her gymnastics showcase as well!

We celebrated her gymnastics with some ice cream at Runza:

Hyrum and Cora had their last day of school at the very end of May. They both loved their teachers and their friends!

Hyrum's teacher wrote of him: "Hyrum- You are truly one of the greatest! You are a thinker, a problem solver, and one-of-a-kind!!"

Cora's teacher wrote of her: "You are so sweet and an amazing helper in the classroom! Thanks for always trying your best! I loved being your teacher!"

There were mixed feelings about school being done, but mostly they're excited for summer fun!

We met Ryan at work for a celebration lunch after school got out. Yay for a summer full of family fun!
