Halloween 2021- Part 1

 We had a great Halloween this year! We all decided to go with a family Star Wars theme for our costumes this year, which was super fun!

We took some pictures early in October to send to grandparents:

We tried to do our city's trunk or treat, but it was FREEZING cold and the line was insane and hardly moving. We bailed after waiting fifteen minutes and not moving and went to get ice cream instead. We heard later that some people waited two hours.... I'm glad we left.

A different day we went to the kids' school Halloween fundraiser, the Rawptor Haunt. They got to go trunk or treating there:

They played some carnival games and won little prizes:

There was a costume contest, that Zane participated in:

The kids got to pet some animals:

And we had to wait in line forever, but the kids got their face painted!

The kids' favorite part might have been meeting Cosmo and having Uncle Dallen there to hang out with us!

We managed to make it to a pumpkin patch/fall fair this year- we tried Cornbelly's for the first time!

The kids had a hard time lifting this hay bale:

They had a cute kids' village the kids enjoyed exploring:

Of course they loved the jumping pillows:

Hyrum and Cora even got to do the big bungy jumping (Hyrum says it was one of the most fun things he's ever done in his life):

All the kids got to ride some rides and go through some spooky houses. Ivy really loved the corn pit:

We had a great time at Cornbelly's!

Ivy got to have a fun Halloween party in her dance class. They even got to dance like the character they were dressed up as (Ivy was a waitress):

Zane and Ivy came with us one night to a local garden shop to pick out pumpkins to carve:
