End of School Year May 2022

May was full of a lot of end-of-the-school year events! Hyrum finished his dragon string art:

Hyrum also had his NOVA graduation (which is like the DARE program from my youth- it encourages resiliency, saying no to drugs, and making good choices):

Grandma and Grandpa even got to be there for his NOVA graduation!

Hyrum and his best friend:

And with Mr. Bowman (his 6th grade teacher):

I got to help at Zane's end of the year party by providing and playing some games. They did a little obstacle course and some limbo:
Zane's first grade class:

The last week of school we went to Hyrum's 6th grade graduation. He did great and is such a stud:

We got to go to Ivy's little in-studio dance recital. She did her ballet dance:

And her jazz dance. And she got flowers and got a picture with her teacher, Miss Tiffany:

Ivy graduated from preschool! They did an adorable little program where they sang some songs and did some actions, then Ivy got her cute little diploma!

So proud of this girl and excited for her to start kindergarten at the older kids' elementary school in the fall (like she's been dreaming of doing for a long time!):

Ivy with her preschool teachers, Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Ginger:

Zane got the "Writing Superstar" award from his class:
Cora got the "Best Helper" award for her class:

Zane with his first grade teacher, Mrs. Sollami, and his best friend:

Cora with her teacher, Mrs. Clark, and her best school friends:

After school on the last day, we got some ice cream from an ice cream truck in our neighborhood:

Then the three younger kids played on a slip n' slide and a foam machine at our neighborhood park (Hyrum and I were sick that day):

The kids had a great year at their new school (they switched to the public school in 2021), and we are having a great summer full of fun!
