Vineyard Days 2022

 We got to participate in our city's little festival this summer! The kids started the day with the kids' 1K Fun Run:

They all did a great job and tried their very best! Hyrum came in third overall at 4:46; Cora came in 17th overall, but was the 8th girl at 5:48; Zane came in 26th overall and was the 15th boy at 6:08; and Ivy came in 35th overall (out of 62) and was the 16th girl at 6:34. They all rocked it!

The three younger kids paid to get their faces painted at the little fair:

Then they all got to do a few of the activities. Ivy did the bounce house and an obstacle course:

Hyrum and Cora did the bungee jumping:

Then we ate lunch at the food trucks, and the kids got to check out some cool vehicles:

The kids (and Ryan) thought it was cool when a helicopter landed in the park:

After they checked out the helicopter, we went home for the afternoon. Me and the kids headed back to the park that night to see the fireworks, but we didn't last very long since a firework ended up exploding ten feet in front of us, so the littles got scared and we had to go home. It was a fun day though!
