This month started out with a baby shower that I threw for my friend. Here's how the decorations and food turned out:
While the shower was going on, Ryan took the kids to a BYU gymnastics meet:
I finally got to go to one of Zane's basketball games this month, and he ended up getting five baskets! We went to Costa Vida after his game to celebrate:
The littles made a fun fort this month in the kitchen:
I did some painting around the house this month, finally! I painted one wall in the little kid's rooms, one wall in our living room, and the main floor bathroom. Cora and Hyrum each painted one wall in their rooms:
One random day that the kids had school off we went to the Neighborhood Art Center in Provo. The kids had a blast creating!
Ivy made binoculars, a rain stick, and a little water bottle:
Zane made a bed with a baby sleeping in it:
Cora put together this table setting, including tiny utensils:
Hyrum made this dragon (he got a bloody nose while we were there):
Ivy did a great FHE lesson this month about the chains of sin and how Jesus helps us break them:
We had a fun little Super Bowl party with our family and Dallen and Cami. The food came together pretty good considering it was a last minute decision!
Lip sucker:
A different random day off this month we went to the Natural History Museum of Utah in SLC. It was an ok experience, but any time spent with our family is good in my mind:
Both Zane and Ivy could fit in the T-Rex footprint!
After the museum we went to The Pi Pizzeria underground restaurant. It was good, and the atmosphere was fun:
The kids love to play on the trampoline together on Sundays, no matter how cold it is:
I took Ivy to the store one evening and she had fun pointing out things she might want for her birthday:
Zane made a fun stack of pillows, stuffies, and blankets on his bed one night that he was very proud of:
Zane had another great basketball game!
One Saturday we had a free afternoon and the weather was so nice, we decided to walk down to the park together. We all played frisbee and threw a football back and forth, and the kids played on the playground:
Zane finally launched his rocket he had gotten for Christmas, and it was pretty cool:
Sometimes even Cami gets in on the Sunday trampoline fun:
Ivy made herself a mustache out of tape one day:
Zane and his friend did face paint on each other one day after school. Zane's is zombie make-up:
On Leap Day, our school had a fundraiser at a local trampoline park, and it was fun to take the kids there (Cora came later):
We went on a group date with some friends in the neighborhood to do some archery and out to an Argentinian restaurant for dinner. It was a blast!
Ivy loves when we match in these pajamas (that used to be Cora's)!
Cora did her first temple work with the youth in our ward this month!
We had another Relief Society activity this month, and I was in charge of this one- Speed Friendshipping!
Hyrum had an orchestra concert this month that Ryan was able to attend:
We got another fish this month- a pleco. This guy is actually more fun to watch swim around as he does back flips and swims all over the tank:
We celebrated Dallen's birthday at our house (since Ryan and I were sick for his main family party). We made sure to have hot dogs, mac and cheese, and chili:
Ryan went out to dinner with the Elders Quorum this month and got this delicious Biscoff shake:
We had a ton of sickness this month- I'm not sure we had a full week where someone wasn't sick this month. It was still a good month, with actually some pretty warm weather and fun times together as a family.
