We got to celebrate Ivy's 7th birthday in March! Since her birthday is on pi day, but she doesn't love pie, she wanted a cake that looks like a pie as her cake for her birthday party. I think it turned out pretty great, and it tasted good too!
Her birthday party was at Nickel City this year, and she had a lot of fun with lots of friends playing arcade games, eating pizza, having cake and opening presents!
She also got to spin the wheel to get 400 extra tickets, which was one of her favorite parts!

She got this dog in a carrier, a play tent, a rainbow pillow, a new outfit, a remote control car, a water rocket, and a personalized art kit:
She had cheer later that day where she got to share donuts with all her cheer friends! She also got a special birthday treat from her primary teachers (which I am one of, lol):
At school, she filled out this survey about herself to share with her class, as well as getting an adorable book where each of her classmates wrote something nice about her:
The next day we had a family dinner to celebrate her birthday. She chose spaghetti and meatballs, apple cars, and strawberry soda for her meal. It was fun to have Dallen and Cami there too!
She chose a tres leches cake for this dessert, and we all sang to her:
Happy birthday to my little ray of sunshine! Ivy is always up for hanging out with mom, constantly doing crafts, one of the best readers in her class, and a very friendly and helpful kid. She has learned to do hard things this year and I'm so proud of how brave she's been in the face of fear. I always hear from her teachers, coaches, subs etc how wonderful she is to have in class and how hard she works. She loves pink, purple, and blue, hanging with her siblings and friends, she's still the ranch queen, likes to watch Dude Perfect, and is doing great on her cheer team. We love her so much and are so glad she's ours!
