We had a fun 4th of July this year! We kicked it off with some city fireworks a few days before the holiday at our local park. The sky was really beautiful:
We had fun with glow sticks while we waited for the fireworks to start (Hyrum went with a bunch of his school friends):

On the actual 4th we started the day by going to the Freedom Festival parade. We took the bus to get there to avoid traffic and parking issues:

Ivy and Cora made the 4th of July trifle this year, and they did such a good job!
We had a water balloon fight that left Hyrum's shirt VERY stretched out:

We ended the day with picking up my parents from the airport and watching our neighbors blow off fireworks from our driveway. My dad even bought some fireworks to blow off ourselves! It was a fun day.
