Hyrum had his school music program in October, and he was so cute up there!
I could not be more proud of Hyrum. His soccer skills have improved by leaps and bounds this season, so much so that he was super close to making two goals his last game! Considering last time he played I was still dragging him to every practice and game, that’s a huge leap. So, so proud. We can all do hard things!
Super star Zane!
We had lots of park time while Hyrum had soccer practice and Ryan was busy- and the weather was so nice that me and the kids didn’t mind it at all!
I found Cora asleep like this one night in the hallway outside her room:
Here I am at 17 weeks and then 20 weeks!
Gifts from Zane while I’m in the bathroom:
Craft time with my two littlest! I’m going to miss times like this when Cora goes to kindergarten next year:
Zane started Pulmozyme this month, and once we made the “fish face” mask sound super cool, he does really well with it (with the iPad too, of course):
Fall always means delicious caramel apple season!
More beautiful park time:
Zane sure does love sunglasses:
The two older kids had their primary program this month, and they both did great! It was Cora’s first one, and she said her part very clearly: “My favorite scripture hero is Mary, the mother of Jesus.” She sang her little heart out and did all the actions. Hyrum read his part (even though he had his memorized): “Families are central to Heavenly Father’s plan. I love my family because they love me.” He also sang the songs, and the whole program helped me feel the Spirit so much. Especially when they sang “I’m Trying to be Like Jesus” and “Love One Another.” I am really grateful for the primary program, because it seems to have turned my church-song-disliking boy into a church-song-singer! He now will sing church songs any old time. And I’m so glad!
I love this cuddle bug and his little monkey he drags everywhere:
The kids got to dress up for Red Ribbon Week at both their schools, and they loved it!
Hyrum’s Blast From the Past (1930’s):
Crazy sock day:
Cora’s fancy day:
Zane has really been all over the place this month. I may not be allowed to go to the bathroom anymore, because he drew on my white chair with dry erase markers while I was in there this month:
He also recently dumped out an entire box of baking soda all over the kitchen one day, and then salt a different day, all while I was in the bathroom. He likes to keep me busy!
Here’s some toys Mindi brought to the kids from Mexico:
They sure loved her visit! And we loved October!
