Martin Reunion in Omaha- Part 1

We had our Martin Family Reunion in Omaha this year, which meant I was in charge of it! All of my family traveled in from Arizona and Idaho, and it was great spending time with them all.

Our first day was the 4th of July. We had a relaxed morning, with crafts, food, buying fireworks, and video games:

We had a BBQ for dinner:

Then a giant water balloon fight with over 800 balloons:

Then fireworks time!

I bought safety goggles for everyone this year since I'm always so worried about eye safety! Ivy loved them:

The next day we went to the Louisville State Recreation Area, where we played in the lake at their little beach and rented a canoe (we all had a chance to fall out of the canoe too!):
