Quarantine Weeks 5 and 6

Cora got to share her "About Me" poster with her class in her Zoom meeting in week 5:

Cora is loving her at-home rhythmic gymnastics class!

We learned about the integumentary system in week 5, including skin, and checked out our fingerprints!

Hyrum made a scorpion out of his used Pulmozyme vial and some pipe cleaners!

Cora drew a picture based on her new LOL Surprise doll:

We played a math game with our cars where we tried to match the name to the written number:

For Walk Wednesday in week 5 we actually didn't walk- it was too cold! So we did the drive-through safari again instead, where Cora took some fun pictures:

Cora made a "cake" for her enrichment time in week 5! She also made banana milkshakes.

Week 5 of quarantine means dressed-up on top, sweatpants on bottom for Zoom meetings:

Sundays are puzzling time:

 Cora made her first rolls!

Week 6 of Quarantine

Math activity with the littles (putting shapes in order):

Marine Biology lesson- learning about the pelagic zones:

Learning about the continental shelf and marine biology classifications:

This week's art challenge was to use nature, in honor or Earth day. Cora and Zane did some nature rubbings and drew a landscape:

Hyrum's class is having an ABC countdown to the end of school, so this is A-Art day and B- Beach day:

Hyrum built a Lego scene this week for enrichment time, inspired by the show Lego Masters:

Gymnastics Zoom (ribbon dancing for Cora, teddy bear picnic for the littles):

For Walk Wednesday in week 6 we went to Prairie Queen recreation area, and it was so fun! The kids loved climbing on the rocks:

They also loved playing under the overpass:

My favorite part were the baby goslings we saw!

Ivy loves to stop and smell the tiny wildflowers:

Cora made a chocolate bundt cake during enrichment time this week. It was delicious!
