We had a fun Thanksgiving in Smithfield at Grandma and Grandpa Schuetzler's house this year. We started Thanksgiving morning out with our traditional family Turkey Trot:
Ryan ran with Ivy, I ran with Zane, and Hyrum and Cora grumpily walked after us:
Zane was the first one through the finish line, then me, then Ivy, then Ryan:
Cora just barely beat out Hyrum at the end:
We had a delicious Thanksgiving lunch, cooked by Grandma Schuetzler:

The kids played both days we were there in the little patch of trees on the golf course behind Grandma and Grandpa's house. They made a shelter out of tree branches, had a pretend fire, saw a big hornet's nest, and carved into a log:
They also collected a lot of golf balls:
On Thanksgiving evening we played some Sardines and Thanksgiving charades:
The next day we played board games, went Black Friday shopping (me, Cami, Cora, and Ivy), and just enjoyed spending a chill day together. That evening we went to see "White Christmas" at the Old Barn Theatre:
Before we left the next day, we went to lunch at a local Mexican restaurant:
Then we all went to see Wicked. It was amazing!
We all really enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Smithfield with the Schuetzlers!
