Hyrum turned eight this October! I think he had a great birthday- Grandma and Grandpa Martin were even in town to celebrate with us. He woke up early and had crepes for breakfast, then opened his presents:
Some of his favorite presents were Dogman books, an apron, and Lego Batman Legos.
At school, he brought some vampire teeth and Dum-Dums to give out to his friends, and Ivy and I got to bring him some McDonald’s for lunch:
After school we went right to the Lego Ninjago Movie at the movie theater. Then we had a dinner he picked and his chocolate birthday cake:
We sure love our not-so-little boy! He is very helpful, tries so hard to be obedient and do what’s right, so smart, an avid reader, and very imaginative!
