We had a fun 4th of July with family from both sides visiting us in Nebraska! We had to start the party a little early the night before with some snaps and poppers:
The next day, after Cora's baptism, we played water balloon toss:
Then we had an epic water balloon fight!
Then we had some daytime fireworks:
Followed by some video games and naps:
After dinner we started the real fireworks!
Sparklers are always a big hit:
Here's the aftermath- we went all out knowing it was our last 4th of July in Nebraska, where you can shoot off really big cool stuff right from your driveway!
And it was nice to get one last view off our back porch of the fireworks from all over the area. We are definitely going to miss that!
