Hyrum went to his first prom at the end of March! He had a great date- Laura- and had a lot of fun with a bunch of his high school swim team in their group.
For the day date, they actually went the evening before to the Eagle Mountain hot springs and to dinner. On Saturday, they took pictures in the canyon then were supposed to have dinner in SLC, but they got into a car accident on the way up and were stopped on the freeway for a long time (no one was hurt, just the cars). The actual dance was at the capital building in SLC, and they had fun there, then got a quick dinner after the dance.
The accident was unfortunate, but they had a great time besides that!
