Family Summer Trip 2019- City Museum and Gateway Arch

While in St. Louis we also visited the City Museum. It's a place full on tunnels, passageways, slides, and just really eclectic sculptures and... stuff. The kids loved it!

They also have a circus- when we were there we got to see kids perform who had done the circus summer camp all summer. They surprised me with how awesome they were!

The caves of City Museum:

That night we ate at Crown Candy Kitchen. We all enjoyed the milkshakes and Ryan and I loved the BLT too!

Ryan's sundae:

The next day we went to see the biggest man-made monument in the Northern hemisphere- The Gateway Arch!

We decided Ivy and Zane were too little to go up in the Arch itself, so they got some consolation candy from the gift shop:

Ryan took Hyrum and Cora up the elevator, and they thought it was awesome!

Cool views from the top of the Arch:

The kids also got their Jr ranger badges while we were there:

They have a nice museum in their visitors center that we checked out:

More views of the arch:

We also took a quick glance at the historic courthouse where the Dred Scott case was heard:

It was a fun couple of days!
